Season 7 opens when Bartlet’s investigation into the dangerous press leak is still continue. Donna goes to Josh for a job and CJ is interviewed by Babish. Later on this season, it seems that Bartlet White House is not going to continue the investigation into the press leaks so Santos and Vinick have to deal with the matter. Vinick also meets Frost. Meanwhile, Vinick and Santos try to kick each other politically as they focus on their messages of the week. Season finale was aired on 5-14-2006 with the episode entitled ‘Tomorrow’. On this season finale, the Bartlet Administration prepares to leave the White House and the West Wing. The whole staff hesitates to look back on their past 8 years working in the West Wing. Santos administration awaits their inauguration and finally Santos staff takes their new positions and offices in the White House.
